Rustic Polenta Muffins with Pine Nuts

- ½ cup polenta
- 1 cup unbleached white flour
- 2 tbsp organic brown or raw sugars
- ¾ tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ¾ tsp salt
- 1 cup organic butter milk
