Ayurvedic Recipe for Apple Pancake
This recipe makes 16 pancakes with 3 inch diameter and is good to serve 4-5 people. Moreover they are made with crepe batter which is more moist and softer compared to other pancake batters. - 1 ½ cups unbleached white flour
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 ½ tbsp organic sugar
- One pinch of cardamom powder
- ½ lb organic tofu
- 2 teaspoons ground almonds
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 ½ cups plain soy milk
- 2 tbsp melted ghee
