Ingredients:

  • Aconitum heterophyllum (Ativisha)-12gm
  • Symplocos cochin chinensis(Lodhra)-12gm

  • Root of clerodendrum serratum (Bharngi)-12gm
  • Elettaria cardamomum (Ela)-12gm
  • Cinnamomum verum (Twak)-12gm
  • Cinnamomum tamala (Pathra)-12gm
  • Mesua Ferrea (Nagakesara)
  • Valeriana wallichi (Nandyavartha)-12gm
  • Root of piper retrofractum (Chavyam)-12gm
  • Hedychium spicatum(Shati)-12gm
  • Embelica ribs(vidanga)-12gm
  • Capparis sepiaria(Nakha)-12gm
  • Cyperus rotandus(Musta)-12gm
  • Holarrhena antidysentrica(Kalinga)-12gm
  • Saussurea lappa(Kushta)-12gm

  • Triphala-Amalki,Haritaki,Bibhitaki-12 gm each
  • Water-12.288 liters,boiled and reuced to 3.072 liters
  • Madhu-1.536kg

All ingredients are addded in mentioned amount of water and kashaya is prepared by reducing it to 1/4th.Honey is added in this prepared kashaya and kept closed this mixture in air tight container for 15 days for fermentation.after fermentation filtered it

Indication:

  • Advised in complaints of diabetes, piles, leukoderma, skin diseases, lack of appetite, worm complaints, anemia, sprue syndrome, obesity etc. Consuming Lodhrasava and Ayaskrithi in equal ratio is recommended to off-load obesity.
  • It is also used in the treatment of Polyurea.

Dosage:

  • 25 ml to30 ml. 2-3 times daily.

Side Effects-

It is avoided during pregnancy and it used during lactation under medical advise.
