Foods rich in fibres and antioxidants lowering the cholestrol level. Daily use of soyabeans and its based products

Fruits like apples, grapes, citrus and straberies.

Use of pulses and beans.

Fish with omega 3

 

Excercise:-

Helps to burn out the excess cholesterol present in the body. Exercise also helps in increase in production of HDL. i.e Good Cholesterol. Along with meditation and Yoga helps in burning of Cholesterol and reduction in stress and tension.It is very necessary to do exercise with an empty stomach.
