The steps are:-

1st step:

Reduction of stress:

The heart is the centre of emotions. So mental and emotional stress can disrupt the heart. To avoid this thing you should do meditation twice a day. Research studies explained that meditation help in lowering blood pressure.

 

2nd step:

Enhancing resistance to all types of stress and reversing the trial blockages. Along with some herbal medicines like ashwagandha, Sarpagandha, jatamansi helps in in stress management.

 

3rd step:

Excercise:

Minimum 6-8 hrs sound sleep is required for good health. Sound sleep means that time your mind is free from all thoughts to go to bed by 10 pm, early to bed and early to rise still work to keep healthy and energetic through the day. Avoid day sleeping. Avoid stimulants i.e tea, coffee in the evening.
